At Archive, we want you to shop with confidence.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
* Be unworn and unused.
* Have all original tags attached.
* Be returned in their original packaging.
* Be free from damage caused by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Final sale or clearance items
* Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
* Personalised or customised items (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
Exchange Policy
If you require a different size or colour, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
